Jack Anderson, President
Jack founded Tech Design/Build & Remodeling, Inc. in 1983 along with TECH's sister company, Insurance Reconstruction Services, Inc. A Rhode Island native, he earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Rhode Island and his MBA at Bryant College. Jack has also completed coursework in construction methods and technologies at URI, the University of Virginia and at the University of Connecticut. He has been awarded a Graduate Builders Degree and holds the designation of Certified Graduate Remodeler.

Jack is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders, and is past chairman of the Rhode Island Builders Association Remodelers Council.

Ray Silva, Vice President
Ray brings 34 years of remodeling and design experience to Tech Design/Build, where he has been the principal designer for the past 15 years. He is a Certified Cabinet Designer, and is trained and certified in Data Cad Design. Ray keeps current with all of the latest trends in design, materials and products by regularly attending national conferences and seminars. Each of Ray's designs is unique, intended to complement the personality and lifestyle of each client.

Ray is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, and currently lives in Warwick.

Ross Landers, Project Manager
Ross has an extensive background in construction and remodeling, having owned his own company in Massachusetts before joining Tech Design/Build. He has completed several renovation projects for members of the New England Patriots.

Ross received his BA degree from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, and is a qualified Construction Supervisor.

Cheryl Sibilia, Interior Designer and Decorator
As a Certified Interior Decorator and a very talented artist, Cheryl has been helping TECH customers with design a decorating ideas since 1996. And as a accomplished gourmet cook, she is a natural at bringing just the right touch to a new kitchen.

Cheryl received her formal training in Interior Design at Rhode Island School of Design, and at the Sheffield School of Interior Design in New York City.

Whether it's designing the ideal window treatment, selecting the perfect color combinations, or finding that one-in-a-million piece of granite, Cheryl has an uncanny ability to complement each customer's unique tastes.
