"In the summer of 2004, my husband, John, and I began our search for contractors to renovate our home. After the many horror stories we had heard from our friends and neighbors in the area, we were very concerned and extremely selective in finding the right people for the job. After exhaustively meeting with four or five different contractors, we finally met Mr. Ray Silva from Tech Design/Build. There was something special about Ray -- perhaps his cute little smile --that made us feel we could trust him. My husband and I both agreed that Ray could be "The One", and there could not have been a better decision than going with our instinct.

Ray Silva coordinated everything from start to finish and NEVER made a promise that he could not keep. Any time that we called Ray, we received a call back literally within minutes. A week did not go by that Ray did not stop by and ask how we were doing. We, along with our three boys, were living through the renovation since we had no place to move to. Ray and the "gang" were extremely accommodating. It was so comforting to have the job progressing; Ray stopping by; and all the work done with consideration to our family living through it all.

My husband and I have our own business. We understand how difficult it is to hire responsible, hard-working people who care about the work they are doing. Mr. Anderson, you seem to have the "corner market" on these types of employees. We met so many of your workers. Not once did we hear of a disgruntled employee. They all had one focus: us. Todd, Joe and David were an absolute pleasure. Not only were they working hard, but they would even help us with the groceries when we arrived home. We were enlightened to hear your employees speak about "Jack Anderson's values" that had been instilled in these workers. Basically, that the customer was the main focus.
Another employee of yours, Kenny, is the epitome of a "company guy". Kenny is, to say the least, a master craftsman. Kenny gave us such wonderful ideas with a true caring. He advised us in many areas of our home, always only giving us his opinion. Kenny did everything that we asked of him. Kenny deserves every penny he earns plus a lot more. Really, all the men who worked here deserve a raise. My children are still asking is Kenny is ever coming back.

In closing, the successful completion of our renovation was due to the quality workmanship of Tech Design and each team member involved in the process.
