Meet The Team

Eric purchased Tech Design Build and Insurance Reconstruction Services from his father in the fall of 2016 after 15 years of working in the business. He holds an MBA from Bryant University and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University. Eric lives on a small farm in Brooklyn, CT with his wife and four children. In town, he serves on the Board of Education, is an assistant Scout Master with Troop 44 and has been coaching youth soccer for the past 9 years. He is an avid skier, cyclist and swimmer and is always looking for ways to improve his golf game.

Erika has 13+ years experience in property and casualty insurance and restoration. She holds an MBA from Bryant University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida. She is a former Xactimate affiliate trainer and has an Associate in Claims designation from The Institutes, WRT certification by the IICRC and certification as a Lead-Safe Remodeler & Renovator. Erika oversees Finance and Business Development. Away from the office, Erika enjoys time with her family, including 2 young sons.

Tina has 25+ years experience in administration and accounting. She enjoys traveling, shopping, reading, and watching movies and live bands.

Ken has 30+ years experience in the construction industry, both hands-on carpentry and project management. He enjoys time outdoors and cigars.

Frank has been with Tech Design Build since 2005 and became a member of the Marketing Team in 2010. Frank grew up in Pawtucket and now lives with his wife of 35 years in North Scituate, RI.

Prior to joining Tech Design Build, Laurie earned a degree at Bryant University. In the 20+ years she has been with the company, she has developed a strong understanding of the needs of our project managers as well as our clients. Laurie currently oversees CT production, risk management, and human resources. Outside the office, Laurie enjoys cooking, walking and time with her grandchildren.

Griffin is everyone’s best friend. He loves attention, give him a little and he’ll keep asking for more. He loves to run trails with Eric and ride shotgun on appointments.
